As a beginner with round ligament pain, I wouldn't recommend this to those in my position. It was fast and a bit stressful and the poses were not explained well. The description led me to believe I would feel better but I feel worse.

Ayde- I see that this class was not helpful for you. If your round ligament pain is that acute and you found this pace too fast you may want to consider getting to a live teacher so that each pose can be modified as much as needed to accommodate for your discomfort. I definitely want you to have a positive and healing experience through yoga! I hope you are able to access a teacher or a class that you love, you really deserve it and especially during this time. Sending lots of love and hoping that you have a beautiful pregnancy.
      XO-
      Steph

Thanks Stephanie, really liked this practice. My only suggestion would be to show some of the wall postures looking directly down the body as it was difficult to see/understand how far away from the wall to set the feet up. Other than that, really liked the opening up:)

It's a great idea to use the wall. Apart from supporting you it makes possible to understand if you are doing an asana the right way!
