  • Tina Tina     Mar 30th, 2013
This was lots of fun - especially liked Christina's half moon sequence and Noah's way of moving into the bent leg arm balance. But lost the video at during Christina's last sequence:((( The video appeared to just break up. Their excellent cues allowed me to finish practice.
    • Noah Maze     Apr 8th, 2013
Ah, clear instructions should allow you to follow things with minimal visual. Good skills, Grasshopper!:-) Thanks for taking class Tina.
    • YogaGlo     Mar 30th, 2013
Hi Tina, we are sending you some troubleshooting tips via email to help with video streaming.
  • Luminita Pirvu     Mar 29th, 2013
Thanks! Such a great class. Loved the fun, the teamwork too :) ! I like Glo in general, but this is absolutely one of my favorites, queued it on my dashboard to repeat on my birthday. Just for fun :)
    • Noah Maze     Apr 8th, 2013
Yay, thanks Luminita! We had good fun with this one. Happy birthday to you, whenever it is!

  • Pinnada Kengchon     Jan 23rd, 2013
Thank you to both of you for a great super fun hard work practice. I like the repetition in the sequence and the command to keep soft smile in the heart along the practice.
    • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
Soft smiles are often the most advanced work, right? It's an interesting instruction, as sometimes ferocity is required--but releasing the face is always very telling for me in my own practice. Glad you liked it, Pinnanda.
  • valeria Bonelli     Jan 13th, 2013
Thank you so much to both of you! Despite the distance (I live in Italy) I cold feel like being there and flow and smile and enjoy doing yoga with you! Namaste.
    • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
Valeria, one of my favorite things about glo classes is that I always feel like I'm in the room, and in class. It's genius, isn't it? You are so welcome and I hope to see you one day in the flesh.
  • Pinnada Kengchon     Jan 10th, 2013
I really love this class. Thank you for reminding me to smile when trying the hard works.
    • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
      Pinnada,

Thanks for your dedication in doing the class more than once. I find it can really be useful to repeat classes and sequences, as it's a great way to clearly learn about myself, my practice, my limitations, and where I am on a given day in comparison to another benchmark. Smiling in LA, Noah
  • Kelsey Ann Davis     Jan 9th, 2013

more like level 2 or 3
    • Devarati Cote     May 25th, 2012
Yes; quite disappointed that I didn't have the endurance to complete the class, given the rating! But awesome class all the same! great energy!
      • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
Devarati, have you stayed with your glo practice? If so, have you tried it again lately? My wife was just ill for three weeks with the flu and it's amazing how much endurance it takes to get back into the yoga room after just weeks of being away. They say it takes six months to get into shape and two weeks to get out of shape! All this to say that I'm sorry for the rating but hope you have come back to this as you have evolved.
      • Christina Sell     May 25th, 2012
glad to hear you liked the class. I agree, we should have rated it higher. Thanks for giving it a go anyway!
    • Christina Sell     May 19th, 2012
      I agree.

Great workout... more like a 2/3 level class but good.
    • Christina Sell     May 2nd, 2012
Seems to be the consensus on the class- good times but not a level 1. I agree.
  • Sarah Sarah     Apr 23rd, 2012
Wow...I had fun trying that's for sure!!
    • Christina Sell     May 2nd, 2012
Thanks for staying with it and giving it a go!
  • Kathleen O'Rourke     Apr 20th, 2012
Loved it! Gonna have to rewatch this with a piece of paper and a pen and analyze the sequencing -- everything about it was engaging and challenging and it was fresh and surprising. I'm sure I'll do this one several times. I really enjoy your 60 minute classes -- that works for me with kids at home and I feel like I'm practicing for 90 minutes! Time flies when you are having fun.
    • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
Kathleen, Have you done it several times? What did you come to about the sequencing? This kind of discussion is extremely interesting to me and I'm so appreciative that you were not just physically working but that it got your teaching analysis wheels turning too! Thanks for your feedback.
    • Christina Sell     May 2nd, 2012
      Excellent! Glad you had fun.
  • Luis Gonzalez     Apr 14th, 2012

Thanks, Krista- always fun to see you here on the glo!

  • Christina Sell     Apr 11th, 2012
Okay so the best thing about this thread is that you guys had fun with us both teaching because we had so much fun teaching together. So glad sharing on "the glo" makes it possible for us all to be together in this way!

  • Jane Senda     Apr 11th, 2012
Love the teamwork!!! Christina, thank you for doing the 'right-left' thing. If even the best teachers do it, then it's okay when I do it. I love your lightheartedness Noah. Fabulous class.
    • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
Thanks for the specific comments, Jane, and for playing with us.

Love you both and your co-teaching! Thank god you guys mess up too...I am sleep-deprived because of my 14 month old who doesn't sleep well, and when I teach my rights and lefts get messed up a lot (especially mirroring students)...hehe used to take myself a little too serious but then learned very quickly to have fun with it, like your message and example in this class :)
    • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
Thanks, Alison. Oliver has been in a non-sleep phase, so this comment touched me tonight.
  • Mary-Kate Murray     Apr 9th, 2012
love you guys. thanks sooo much.
  • Jane M     Apr 8th, 2012
It was definitely a "Level 1 with attitude" for me but your clear guidance into the difficult poses and interesting flows helped me to try them. I'm glad I did it and it's being saved to my favorites. Thanks for a great class.
  • Christina Sell     Apr 8th, 2012
@Leah- Hug the legs really strong and the SI is protected. That and good common sense not to push too much!
Glad you guys like it and thanks, @Emily, for the support on my "mistake" and our teaching together. Means a lot to me. Thanks for taking class everyone!
  • Leah      Apr 8th, 2012
C and N, beautiful class. Thank you very much.
Question. Towards the end of the class, the seated twist after pigeon, bending that arm parallel creating more of a twist, could that possibly injure the SI joint? This twist, is injury possible? To avoid, more muscular energy to the midline? Are we twisting from T12, or ? Thank you.
  • Wania Schmitz     Apr 8th, 2012

  • Emily Perry     Apr 8th, 2012
Perfect class; from the right-left mix-up to the challenging arm balances. It is beautiful to see the way you both support each other, and Christina, the way you humbly own up to a mistake. There is so much to learn from this practice, demonstrated by both Noah and Christina's exemplary teaching. Thank you.
    • Noah Maze     Feb 17th, 2013
