    This was amazing. I usually have a hard time getting into camel pose. With all the stretching and bending, I got into camel pose with no problem. I will add this to my favorites so that I can eventually get into a back bend. Thank you for a wonderful start to my day. ;)

    Hi Tiffany, I am currently focusing on backbend work in my practice and have been using this class either by itself or with another class on days when I am not doing a 90 minute backbending class. I would love to see more back bending classes, maybe a 45 minute and 60 minute to mix things up and have a backbend boost :-)

    I love backbends in the morning! Thank you so much. Kate I do find that happens with me too somethimes. I also feel a lot of pain in my lower back after plow pose in shavansa, how do I do the counter pose?
