This class is about embracing your humanness by loving your imperfections with a focus on the lats.  We'll look at lengthening & strengthening the lats as well as the chest opening function of the lats.  You guessed it that means backbends & arm balances.  Start it off with some strong standing poses followed by some big chest openers leading into full pigeon variation and a scorpion variation.  Enjoy!

    I loved the class...I did not manage to put my bum on the wall and then push it away but I had a lot of fun in trying :)))
    The meditation is amazing..and funny enough in my own previous practice I thought of those people that push my buttons so it was nice to remind myself that we all search for just one thing...thank you!! xx

    The great Tiffany does it again! Definitely one of the most humbling classes I've taken in a while (lookin' at you, upper back and hamstrings... oof!) so I guess you could say the "humility" theme rang a bit louder than usual for me. Still, it's all love. I needed this in the best way. Thanks. :)

    This class made my day. It was so helpful to improve my back bends like you have no idea. And it is not about the posture I could achieve, but the sensations after them. I could honestly feel that I am not my physical body, I could note how I was detached from it. Like touching heaven with my hands. Thank you so much Tiffany.

    thanks tiffany. I admit I have a fixation with upper body workout - I have been nursing sore infraspinatus and teres minor for a while now and always look into moves that could heal and strengthen my shoulders. This is a great class that left my core shaking and upper body trembling post workout. Love your energy! And that dolphin push up flow made me yelp out loud at one point haha

    YES YES YES!!!! SCORPION PUSH-UPS!!! YES!!!!! I love scorpion push-ups! This class brought back some Cleveland memories. :) I loved this class so much. My shoulders were really sore at the beginning from my workout yesterday...ok everything was sore, but I feel fantastic now! love you. Love this class!. xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

    Thank you, Tiffany! This class was really awesome! My lower back is hyperlordotic and so I tend to send all the backbends to this area which often makes medread backbends, as they are not so comfortable. The focus on sending the opening to the shoulders made all the difference for me. Definitely a class I will come back to again! On another note, your classes and sequencing have been really inspirational for me as a teacher. I love the innovative variations you do (eg. Hands interlaced in reverse warrior) and help to remind me to play around with poses to adapt them to a class theme! Thank you :-)

    This was a great class. It had everything I want in a class. I must admit I had to take a couple extra child poses, but I am good with that.
