Thank you for this class! My groins were so sore - better now! I wish we can spent more time on the thorathic spine next time. I know there is not much flexibility/mobility in it but mine is soooo stiff! And please more for periformis too! Definitely doing this class again! highly recommended!

This has become my regular post-run sequence. I look forward to finishing my run just so I can get into this. Has helped keep my hip flexors from feeling super tight and bunched. Thanks!

After a long bike ride today in 104 degrees I came home to a cool yoga room and Tiffany's wonderful video. At the end lying in shivasana I was waiting for a prompt. I know I heard Tiffany say if you need to finish just get up. However about 25 minutes later I began to wonder if it wasn't just a tad long. When I opened my eyes I began to laugh realizing that I had been truly in " corpse pose" for about a half hour after the class ended.

That's awesome! Happens to me too sometimes. I think it's just a body's way of saying. "take a break! you need it." Grace

After indulging in some enthusiastic post-Olympic cycling, this gentle, mindful session was perfect. I'm ready to enjoy the closing ceremony now!
  • Deborah Moulton     Aug 10th, 2012
Hi Tiffany - this is the second time I did this session - I have just finished a run this time and it was great - i listened more attentively and let myself breathe more deeply. I am only a social runner, so not a real athlete, but I really found this useful - thanks for the explanation of why the rest at the end, corpse pose is important. Can you please do some more sessions for post running? Deb in Oz

  • yogagal      Jul 19th, 2012
Would love more POST recovery 30 - 45 min classes. Even some restorative + yin from you Tiffany. I do all of sage roundtree yoga for athletes on yogavibes, her's are a little more dumbed down, little more level .5 not even a 1. Please consider, as I can not do your vinyasa classes, to much linking, just want to ease and re lengthen muscles back to resting length. THIS Was GREAT. PERFECT
  • Laura Wiesen     Jul 19th, 2012
This was very informative.... I ALWAYS have tight hamstrings, and usually stretch the tendons way too much, like Tiffany pointed out. I feel great! Amazing, thanks!
  • Amanda Stanec     Jul 18th, 2012
My legs are now tingling after this class (in a good way). Thanks so much! It sure did the trick after a hard tempo run earlier today. This yogaglo.com thing is really the bomb! I'm loving it....
  • Karen Kushner     Jul 18th, 2012
Lovely. I especially liked that Tiffany described and used the technical terms for which muscles or connective tissue should be feeling the stretch. Very informative, thank you!
