Awesome as always. Been practicing for 15 years. Heard something for triangle that has made a huge shift. Thank you!

  • Jennifer Bonnell     Jun 28th, 2013
Thank you so much for the wonderful class, Tiffany. I've been unwell and using some of your floor based and restorative classes to help with that, and now slowly getting back into a more active practice, and this is just what I needed. Having a chronic condition that causes relapses of symptoms is frustrating when trying to stay fit and progress my practice. I can't manage much more than 30 minutes right now, but love the fact that I can work thoroughly, intelligently and help heal myself with your fantastic instruction- it is a wonderful gift you've given me and I'm sure many others like me :)

    All the best,
    • Tiffany Cruikshank     Jul 4th, 2013

  • Jackie Bailey     Jan 9th, 2013
Thank you Tiffany for the thorough and easy to understand way in whick you describe the movements; I find your classes incredibly helpful.

I have one curiosity...why do all instructors always ask us to role onto our right side when we are getting up from finishing a practice?

    • Tiffany Cruikshank     Jan 9th, 2013
I've heard many different reasons why we roll onto our right side at the end, mostly based on tradition. I don't think it matters that much other than that in a large class its helpful for everyone to roll the same way. :)
  • Sonal Sheth     Dec 24th, 2012
Hi Tiffany, Simple yet strong. The alignment detail was so helpful even for me who has been practising for 8 years. Like you said sometimes you just want a simple uncomplicated class. Thank you. When are you coming to London!? I would love to meet you and take one of your workshops/classes. :)
    • Tiffany Cruikshank     Jan 9th, 2013
Thanks Sonal, I hope to make it to London soon, nothing on the calendar yet though...but plenty in Europe. Would love to see you... :)

Thank you. This was my second class and I feel like I learned so very much. I still struggle with moving my foot in 4-5 feet. But once there I love the stretch
  • Stacey Castro     Oct 3rd, 2012
You are a wonderful teacher. I have been practicing for 6 years and rarely have I found anyone to be so attentive to the minute details and correctness of each pose. You really pulled the most out of each posture! I will do this practice often! Thank you, Tiffany!

Tiffany, your teaching is so clear and easy to follow. I learn so much from your gentle and compassionate guidance. In this class , you've provided for me the best description of shoulder alignment in cobra, which, until now had been a pose I've dreaded. Thank you . Namaste. Sarah

  • Lisa Jones     Aug 30th, 2012
Love the breakdown and explanations... you have a way with explaining alignment that is very relatable. Question about Vira 1 -- you said "working towards" squaring the hips, which is what YogaFit taught me as well-- that they dont have to be perfectly square initially. But through deeper trainings with Susi, there is an emphasis on importance of keeping hips really disciplined to keep a sense of ease in the asana and not torquing the low back in VIra 1. i've found if you step forward from tadasana the hips stay square and it allows the back leg to spiral in while keeping the low back from torquing ... but that completely changes surya namaskar B --- are you less concerned about maintaining squared hips throughout the warm up? and could you please reveal your big news!!! DYING!
    • Tiffany Cruikshank     Sep 16th, 2012
yes, don't worry about squaring the hips in sun b, but later on in the practice your variation sounds great. Big news...I think you're referring to my move to NYC? :)
