    awesome, i wanted to challenge myself and this did it. i tend to avoid side plank but i love the way it seems to open energy channels. found that i could do much more than i thought i could.

    @susannah, keep your pelvis pushing forward to counteract the leg pushing back. . .should help your balance:)

    Excellent! Thanks for these 30 min classes. Really appreciate. Any tips on how to get into the plank "sugarcane"? I couldn't get in - kept falling out either forward or back.

    Delightful! Going to look to see if you've broken down that wild thing in another video---it would be great to see some prep poses to get the some upper backbend into it and how to stabilize the shoulder--while all the vashis seem to encourage me to keep my shoulder stable(even if i fall on my hip;)), the asymmetrical poses seem harder to get in & out of or know when/where to hold.

    Thank you. This was the first practice I've done in quite a long time where my mind completely shut out all the to-do's and interfering thoughts. Felt like bliss. Loved it!
