Thank you Nicole for your sweet reflection.
  • Gloria Rosales     Nov 22nd, 2012
Is there is a class with all 5 elements at the same time?

    thank you!
    • Tara Judelle     Dec 25th, 2012
Gloria, I don't think we have specifically filmed one that has all the five elements, labelled as such, at the same time, but I do reference the elements in a variety of ways in every class as the system I teach, culls from the elements. What we are doing essentially in every class is pulsing between all five.
  • Gloria Rosales     Nov 22nd, 2012
Is there one class with all the 5 elements together?
  • shawn milligan     Sep 5th, 2012
This was another game-changing class. Wow! Thank you for this series!

Tara, Thank you so much for this beautiful practice. You have such a lovely light-hearted, yet profound way about you! Looking forward to many more. Namaste - Miriam

      Miriam,
Thank you for that feedback. I keep in my heart/mind the idea of the laughing Buddha. I used to think, "what is so funny?" and now I wonder, why is everyone so serious?
  • Kate Ferber     Aug 16th, 2012
This class was enlightening.. a truly soulful experience on my mat. So much new information, like our embryonic evolution, and how it can inform our self conception. I am also obsessed with Warrior II! What an amazing challenge. Thank you for this wonderful series, Tara! Love, Kate - Vinyasa teacher in NYC

Kate, Such sweet words. This is what I am finding. Everything from our first conception to our present moment is embedded in to our constitution, and the moment of space and remembrance is also omnipresent, hiding in plain sight.xo T

Thank you so much for your wisdom, humor, and ways of opening up ourinnereyes and heart to the beauties of practice!
    • Tara Judelle     Aug 11th, 2012
Maggie, thank you for these words. I am trying to break down what exactly it is that humor does to open people's hearts and minds, but I am discovering that humor as a doorway to softness is an amazing combination. XO Tara

    Hi Tara,

I enjoyed this series of the elements very much! It has taught me more about my body and how it moves in nature (within & without).
I would like to request some hour long classes rather &/or in addition to the 90 minute classes. I would like to condense the effects of a 90 min class into the 60min w guidance from you. Time is so precious in our busy lives and sometimes the 90 is just not practical.
Thanks for the consideration, I do not know what restraints or obligations you are under for filming.

    Much Love,

    Laurie
    • Tara Judelle     Aug 11th, 2012
Laurie, I am replying to this hear but I think you already got your answer when you put up the request, and the next class posted was a 45 minute. There are if you look 60, 45, and 30 minute classes and more will be posted over the year. I hear you!
  • Delia Marshall     Jul 30th, 2012
Thank you! I feel so spaciously spaced out! <3 it and <3 you!

"There are moments when the walls of my mind grow thin; when nothing is unabsorbed." - Virginia Woolf
Such gratitude for this series, Tara. Thank you.
    • Tara Judelle     Jul 30th, 2012
Ann, what a beautiful quote. Virginia Woolf was no dummy. Thank you for that quote. May we all absorb together!
  • summer schumacher     Jul 27th, 2012
Tara, I just committed myself to practicing this series this Monday through Friday this week, and I feel compelled to thank you for the most purposeful week of practice to date for me. You are doing what you are meant to do in life. Thank you so much, Summer S.
    • Tara Judelle     Jul 30th, 2012
Summer, thank you for that amazing feedback. I wake up each day, truthfully, and ask the universe if this is still what it wants me to do. So far the answer continues to come back a yes. Thank you for that mirror!
  • Vivienne McNeny     Jul 25th, 2012
I got up earlier to take one of your 90 minute classes without being rushed.
What a beautiful gift to my body!
Your voice is so soothing, I am ready for my day!
    Thank you so much Tara.
    • Tara Judelle     Jul 26th, 2012
Vivienne. Thank you for making extra time. I always find when I rearrange my life to carve time for a self treat, it always pays off. And thank you for also taking the extra time to write. XO

  • Kasia      Jul 21st, 2012
Tara thank you for another inspiring series. I really enjoy the information and humour you weave into your classes.
By the way, it was a slight surprise when I saw on Monday here in London how long your hair is and made me realise how old those yogaglo recordings must be :)
Looking forward to meeting you again x
    • Tara Judelle     Jul 26th, 2012
Kasia, they are not that old. I have hair secrets
  • Chris Wain     Jul 21st, 2012
I echo Deborah's comments. I have enjoyed this series immensley. You have culminated your expertise, wisdom, and quirky humour to create classes which have been physically rewarding and spiritually enlightening as well as hugely enjoyable. I have never laughed so freely in a yoga class before! I shall look forward to your future creations. Namaste.
    • Tara Judelle     Jul 26th, 2012
Chris, Thank you for your sweet comment! I am traveling, so a bit delayed on responses, but what is amazing in meeting people in person who I met first through yogaglo, is that we have a vast and amazing community of like minded people. REALLY, it spans the globe, and we are really, all insanely connected.
  • Deborah Moulton     Jul 19th, 2012
Tara i have found this series of 5 classes very interesting - i really enjoy the knowledge of anatomy, physiology and spirituality you weave through them. THank you for the concept and for the preparation that it must have taken. Deb
    • Tara Judelle     Jul 20th, 2012
Deborah, thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. It is heartening to know that the weaving of information creates enjoyment. I find it infinitely enjoyable. And also thank you for acknowledging the work that goes in. XOXO T
