This class is a vigorous 60 minute flow designed to get your heart pumping followed by a 30 minute yin practice to get into the inner & outer hips.  The first part is non-stop flow followed by a practice to ease you into stillness.  A yummy well-rounded practice to leave you on a yoga high.

    I am one of those yogi's you are talking about where sitting still is very challenging, in fact I seldom take savasana. This practice helped me so much to get my yoga high on, and helped me take the savasana I so badly needed. Thank you! You are such a great teacher.

    This class is still awesome a year later!!! I love the vigorous classes with the yin. Now I want to just tac on a yin class at the end of all the classes. :) Can you do a class about the bandhas next time you're at yogaglo? I have a hard time keeping my bandhas engaged, and I think a class overview would be awesome. :) Thanks bunches Tiffany. xoxo

    You're a genius. I've been practicing for 25 years and I found places in my body during the yin part that I didn't even know I had. I like that you keep even the more strenuous segments fun and light so they don't seem that hard. I hope you come back to northern New England.

    My body felt great. Excellent instruction and sequencing. This asanas sequence was hard work without taxing the body.

    I loved this! I was able to do it outside under my tree and the space that is created, both during the vigorous flow and afterward, is incredible. Practice outside whenever you get a chance everyone! Thanks Tiffany--I love your knowledge about the inner body (muscles, glandular system, etc.).

    this class kicked my butt for the first hour physically and then kicked it again for the rest, mentally. oh my. i took it 3 days ago and I'm still sore. Go Tiffany!!!! much love from Connecticut.

    Sarah- sounds like your abductors or inner thigh muscles. But it's probably also your inner hamstrings. All three of those poses done regularly should help. :)

    This was great! my toughest pose was at 1.20 with the seated splits, I can barely get my arms forward and cant lean on them because i'm not flexible enough -what do you call that muslce - is it the pelvis?-the same one the horse pose works, what do you recommend, I just tried the happy baby pose for a minute to try and relengthen that muslce..i've always been unflexible there, even when I was 15 and did gymnastics class I could never do the splits!

    Wow. I did this class right after I woke up, so my muscles were not ready yet, but I loved every minute of it. Yin/yang classes are my favorite! However, horse stance and I do not get along. It makes me cranky, but I got through it. :) I'm glad you didn't make us do horse stance in Cleveland. ;) Thank you! Loved it! xoxo
