    nice class but even as a solid intermediate practitioner I was too put off by some of the more difficult twists, I would call this class a 2-3.

    Elena - I took my first class with you at Yoga Journal SF this year and LOVED your style.     I love the way you challenge me just enough to keep me on my toes. Beautiful practice. I wish I was explained how to adapt my feet in the half-lotus twist. Interesting matsyendrasana variation (bending forward). Looking forward to a dust-free day now! Namast!
