    I really enjoyed this practice. Nice stretching as well as becoming more aware of our feet and thier connection to the earth. Going to go take a walk in the yard with no shoes!

    Any tips on coming to the tips of your toes in downdog? It was hard to see the exact position of your toes. Were just the top knuckles of your toes on the floor. You are right it was so difficult I could not quite figure it out.
