Another installment of my continuous flow classes also known as Jason puts a muzzle on it and leads you through a nice, strong sequence series. It's a straight-up, reasonably paced, challenging vinyasa practice that includes plenty of salutations, strong leg-work, a bit of abs and few more offerings to round the sequence out.

    Just rolled into Dayton, Ohio from chicago on a biz trip and did this class in my hotel room. It was great after a long ride... Got the body moving and mind relaxed. Thanks jason... I think I will double dip and start my day tomorrow with this class too.

I am always amazed at your capacity to make me really give my practice my all, and yet even if I cannot do everything (still working on kakasana for example), it still feels effortless and smooth (physically, emotionally, psychologically).     Thanks Jason, I loved this practice and did it just after a cycle to blow out the Sunday eve cobwebs, it did the trick! I liked your clarity with minimum of instruction and its a reminder to me as a teacher that the lengthy instructions that I often use are not always a necessity.     I love this practice, perfect for when short on time or to tack on to another practice. I love Jasons pacing and smooth voice. I feel like he has this unique rhythm that makes me feel like i'm moving but not in a way that's too jittery or crazy. he makes me feel good and serious about my yoga.

    thanks jason! this was my first class with you; I liked the slow, methodical & almost hypnotic means throughout the practice; although the last few mins did feel more quickly paced than the first 22-25 mins. The ultimate finish was fantastic, however. I got my "yoga trance" as I like to call it so it was a winner! :) thank you!
