Description
A 45-minute condensed version of the Ashtanga Primary Series that is designed to be a strong practice. Here Jodi has selected the most important asanas to help you squeeze your practice into your busy life - and she has chosen to add some of the stronger arm balances from Ashtanga yoga to make this a challenging practice.

- Pascale Bransolle Apr 28th, 2013Hi Jodi, thank you so much for this beautiful practice, it reminds how much I love yoga and Ashtanga, you are a great teacher Jodi!! Pascale from France
- Lisa Martinez Jan 14th, 2013Thank you for this....been teaching for quite some time, only vinyasa style. Have realized that Ashtanga is necessary. But, because I teach so much, (and have several kiddos) I don't have much time for long mysore/full Ashtanga classes. This is what I need to get started on the discipline. Lisa
- Caroline Moroz Nov 6th, 2012Jodi's beautifully languid style makes this whistle stop tour seem like anything but - a veritable can of condensed ashtanga soup which means we can all take a led practice any time. Thanks so much Jodi, I really enjoyed that, and you also inspire me to try more adventurous forms of transition.
