    Thank you Steven! I loved your clear explanation of each pose along with breathing, which I tend to forget easily. A quick question: Should I try to maintain the gentle "in and up" of my lower back when I'm in the happy baby pose or let go of it and massage my lower back instead?

      Hello Jieun! You are very welcome! It makes me happy to know you are enjoying moving and breathing! In Happy Baby it's okay to do both actions. Sometimes it feels good to bring the lower back down to the ground and get a nice, long lower lumbar spin stretch. And if you let go of it and curve your lower back off the floor it will feel like you are giving your inner hip sockets a massage! So both ways are fine! Great question! Hope it helps. Steven.
