My husband and I are learning so much from your Living Wisdom meditations. He's skeptical about most things including meditation. Yet, he's promised to sit with me through some sessions. And I'm glad to see that your words resonate with his experience. Thank you.

Thank you. My favourite line....."The sweetest fruit of our meditation and yoga practice is the way we live, the way we love, the way we allow ourselves to be loved, the way we serve the world around us." Beautiful.

So nice to be able to listen to you, just you for the first 25 min, I can really be present with out the music. Still listened to the rest with the music but it takes me out of the experience, think it has to do with having tinnitus, certain sounds really aggravate it. Maybe volume could be turned down or a different selection of sound. Would like to be able to listen to your words of wisdom. Ya drishti sa srishti, ya sravana sa srishti.

Thank you so much for your wonderful way to explain meditation, yoga and life. The journey to my heart, myself is one of the hardest journeys for me, because I have to be honest. I`m searching, longing and demanding, trying to have faith and trust, sometimes I want to give up . I`m still full of fear and doubt. Sometimes I feel so vulnerable, but yet I`m so thankful to be on this way.............
