    Profound. I find these videos inspiring. Even though they have been previously recorded they capture an essence or quality of being very present, and transmits that through Harshada's instruction. It's kinda freaky, but I like it. I find them to be very helpful to maintain any sort of regular mediation practice.

    I felt that my ability to fully experience this meditation was hampered by the frequent interjections of the teacher. I wasn't able to get to the silence to hear my own responses to "what am I?".

      Hi Iilas, I suggest practicing on your own- use the video to learn the technique and then give yourself as much space as you need. This video is only 20 minutes- this could easily be a 45, 60, 90 minute meditation. Enjoy!

    OK, and good AM 2 you. I have been using/taking/following your meditations for about a year now, and taking Anusara classes from Laura Spriggs here in Indy. There is be a LOT to learn but my teachers seem to be professionals, thanks again.

    Hi Jay-
    A journal is a GREAT idea. You can simply log your meditations- what you did and what you experienced. Then, in that transparent after-meditation moment, you can write questions and answers about what is important to you. Good luck and keep in touch.

    Towards the end of this meditation the sun broke thru here on the banks of the Wapahanie, with the cold wind still blowing & a little snow on the ground. Sweet. I am starting a "Learning to Meditate" notebook today. Do you have any suggestions?
