    I am so grateful for this meditation today. I wasn't fully aware of the pain and strife I was feeling in all regions of my body. This is a wonderful combination of validating the pain and moving ahead.

    I just tried to, well, find a floating calm in another (legal) way. It didn't work so I tried thinking of what else I could do. I decided to try this video even though I wasn't really recovering after difficulty, I just wanted a peacefulness to settle over me. A sort of drifting. This video was so relaxing and led straight into peaceful prayer. If it weren't for supper time, I would have loved to have hovered in that place that you had helped to create.

    This was my first mediation practice after joining Yogaglo. It came just at the right time for me and was exactly what I needed right *before* a negative event occurred. I was able to face it with more calm and peace, and didn't feel so rattled after.

    Kate- this meditation is a great one for your husband to practice too. I have students in the military and this is the kind of practice I teach them befoer they go on a deployment- especially if they are in kinetic battles/combat. I also make myself available at no charge for anyone in the services. Blessings to you both

    It took me 5 days after hearing my husband is going to Afghanistan, to admit how rattled I was by the news. It's wonderful how much it helps this many days later. I will play it again and again while he is gone! Thank you for all your meditations, I love them all!!
