    Hi Harshada, hi everyone! Had a beautiful and powerful experience, so pleasant! I even couldn't stop laughing and crying towards the end. This is actually my first laughing experience while meditating. I don't know what it means but it felt great. Don't know where it was coming from, don't know if it was the spirit or my own thoughts, which were still there... So grateful for these meditations with you, absolutely love them.     Thankyou harshada, a really, wonderfull meditation integrating my three hearts, reminded me of the three godess in the rajanka tantra tradition, kali (lower heart), lakshmi (middle heart) and saraswati ( upper). Very grateful for your insight and loving guidance!
