Elevating ourselves to a new level of self-care and self-acceptance, this practice activates your heart as much as it challenges your body. We will work through standing poses into a juicy flying crow and some hip openers in order to soften your judgments and re-route your attention back to your heart. Great for evening, since you'll focus on forward bends and hips rather than backbends to complete your practice, but you'll love it any time of day.

    The class gets stuck at 1 hour 8 minutes. I am watching in standard but it still gets stuck. It's an amazing class but I just wish it would flow and not get stuck.

    @Amanda, try playing with lifting and lowering your toes to engage the muscles around your ankle joints more, always landing in soft, long toes once you're comfortable in your ankles. Also check to see that you aren't putting too much weight into any one part of your foot; really explore to see that the weight is evenly distributed from your heel to the inner big toe ball and outer little toe ball. Let me know how it goes!

    Elena, I loved this practice, thank you. However, I started experiencing a lot of discomfort in my ankles, sometimes to the point of having to drop out of the pose. Any advice?

    My first with yogaglo, and first with Elena. Absolutely delicious. I really love the subtle linking of opening the hips with residing in the heart. Immaculate instruction, sequencing, and articulation.

    Elena very nice practice. I had to do flying crow on the blocks. My hips are extremely tight so could not reach the floor but with blocks the pose was accessible to me. By the way we are sharing the same name. Elena
