    As a runner I was beginning to have hip and hamstring problems. But thanks to your classes I've drastically lessened my aches and pains and increased my flexibility tremendously. I'm now able to run those long distances again! On to another half marathon this wkend! Thank you.

    Second day in a row that my video stops a few minutes in and won't restart. Went to the tech section and can't load the Adobe flash on my new iPad. If I don't get this resolved I will have to cancel my sub. Please respond as I don't know who to contact.
