- Karen Teller Jan 14th, 2013Great Class. Thanks for posting!
- Nadia Rqm Jan 5th, 2013what a great exhausting class. Love the vigorous flow you had for us, warming my body enough for the backbend. Like others, agree with the usage of straps for camel, now I know what to engage and access into when I attempt this pose. I love the most the use of straps for dhanurasana, which made me lift up higher without compressing the lower back. Thanks tiffany, for such a great, class. I felt like a wrung out wet cloth afterwards, all free and light!
- Y Pays Aug 10th, 2012I felt nostalgia when I review my notes from your visit to Dallas Yoga Center...I did this class to refresh my dose of your knowledge. Incredible. Thank you for all you are and all I hope to become through studying at your feet virtually or in real time. What a gift you are!
- T-Town Yoga May 26th, 2012Awesome....love it!!! Thanks
- Ann Constantino May 16th, 2012Ha! I almost had to have my husband come in and get me out of the strap after danurasana. What a difference in every backbend. First comfortable vip dandasana ever. Great wind down. Felt so light afterwards. Thank you.
- Tiffany Cruikshank Mar 23rd, 2012Great to hear Jill! ;)
- Jill Slater Mar 3rd, 2012This was so helpful for getting deeper in my back bends. Wow. I love the camel with the strap. For the first time, I didn't feel my low back. Thank you thank you thank you.

- Lisa Jones Feb 26th, 2012If you any desire to come to Atlanta- I would love to host a training here for you!
- Tiffany Cruikshank Feb 26th, 2012Thanks Lisa, glad it's helpful. Most of it is from my sports medicine training that I apply to yoga. Would love to have you on a 500hr training, keep yur eyes peeled for something near you. Info at www.TiffanyYoga.com, I'm in the process right now of booking two more for 2013. ;)
- Lisa Jones Feb 26th, 2012Tiffany- I would LOVE to do your 500 therapeutic training if i can swing it. You are an amazing instructor and i feel very blessed to have found your classes. I am currently 200E-RYT, with about 150addtl. of therapuetic training and i have both scientic keys books and use them extensively... but have not been able to draw from them what you seem to be able to. i am currently working with Susi Hately Aldus (are you familiar w her?) and at times, some of the alignment you offer is a bit different... is why i asked. i loved how you applied the use of the strap to create the stability and opening of the chest in back bends... you are always offering such amazing insights into the biomechanics of each asana in a way that is very relatable and usable so i feel very drawn to your teachings-- more so than anyone else. I so wish you were not on the opposite coast, ugh! I hope to be able to learn from you personally one day soon.
- Tiffany Cruikshank Feb 26th, 2012Thanks H K, glad it was helpful. :)
- Tiffany Cruikshank Feb 26th, 2012Lisa- a lot do my anatomy comes from my acupuncture &'sports medicine training that I have intermingled with my knowledge of yoga but there are plenty of great anatomy for yoga books out there. My favorites are the Scientific Keys books (if you just google scientific keys anatomy yoga you should find it), yoga body by Judith lasater is also good. I do a ton of anatomy in both my 200 & 500hr teacher trainings if you're a yoga teacher Lisa, it's always easier to learn in a class setting than a book. Hope that helps. ;)
- H K Feb 26th, 2012Beautiful class, Tiffany. The use of the straps was a real eye-opener as well as chest-opener. Thanks. Love your classes.
- Lisa Jones Feb 23rd, 2012tiffany - could you recommend some anatomy/alignment/kinesiology books that have inspired your teachings?

- Steven Kaplan Feb 13th, 2012I am an amateur choir singer and have found this workout useful to help with chest opening/expansion. This combined with pranayama is allowing me to develop better breath control while singing. Thanks!
