I'm visiting my family in AR (from CA), so it's such a necessary pleasure to continue to practice, care for my body with all this Southern comfort food, and connect with my own quietude among a beautiful/chaotic/clashing-cymbal-orchestral family time.     Phew, THANK YOU Tiffany!! Recovering from hand surgery and feeling frustrated at taking so many steps back (in body and mind!), this practice offered just the right blend of challenge and achievement, support and call for strength. The pranayama was a godsend (still feeling post-holidayish!) and the meditation was perfect. Thanks :-)

    must have been a stroke of genius to the sequence, but I was able to balance in the middle of the room without the wall for a longer duration than usual. very excited about this sequence and the real results. also, very steady and peaceful for meditation. very grateful. thank you tiffany.

    Amazing! I was able to sit completely comfortably in meditation after this practice. Something I always struggle with. It felt like everything was lined up perfectly. Head to sacrum :)

    Tiffany! I'm just starting to play with level two classes and so appreciate the spaciousness of your flow. The focus on the core made such a difference for me and I was able to really connect and use the length of my torso throughout this practice. Looking forward to coming back to this class.     Happy holy days sister. Thank you always for the creative sequencing. If your time and energy allows I would love to see how you lead a flow focusing on lengthening the psoas. Sometimes I feel my left psoas compressing in chandrasana (lunges) and seated forward bends....

    FYI- the pranayama sequence in this flow is called chandra bheda- breath of the moon, a calming, cooling pranayama technique (not surya bheda- breath of the sun an invigorating, warming breath). Must have been in some serious yoga bliss... :)

    Wow, this class felt so good the day after feasting... was hard on my hip flexors, but felt good to move and work the core. The only thing is... I found it difficult to really surrender into any part of the class - even savasana. I didn't feel much room for that in the sequencing and pace - I would just about get there, and we were already onto the next thing. Would've been nice to have a pause here and there for moments of reflection. But it did feel good to move in that way, and I guess that was the point of the class. It was much needed. Thank you. :)

    I’m always impressed about your ability of sequencing: the kinesiology behind some of your sequences teaches me something more every time. I keep on doing some parts of your work with my gymnastics team and it’s amazing how much they can get from it: they can perform thousand of exercises and elements but with the yoga sequence they observe themselves in a new way learning so much about subtle body awareness, attention to details and breathing!! Thanks for your amazing work!
