Leah- great question. I suppose you could do either. Danurasana is a pose indicated for digestion, and for me- I feel the pose differently and also more dynamically when I move towards the navel. But play with it, see which you prefer.

Beautiful class Tara. Thank you. One question. In Bow pose, Dhanurasana, why does one want to "move more towards the navel (more forward) "rather than the pubus" ---Thank you.

(By the way, I have a bit of a mental hurdle about full wheel, but we'd done so much opening / strengthening leading up to it, that I was surprised at how comfortable I felt in the pose.)

This was a lovely, energising, grounding practice. I feel open and centred (& so grateful to feel this way when I started out the day exhausted.) Thank you!! (It's amazing how complete it felt when it was only 30 minutes!)

Lovely morning practice. Thank you for helping me feel wonderful. From a teaching perspective, it would be useful to suggest to people to do bridge pose instead of full wheel. Today, that's what I needed and I inserted it instead. I agree with Sharon Frost about the music. I actually enjoy what was being played today, but because the sound is in your studio rather than on another track, it sounds tinny.

This is a terrific morning routine. I love short practices (and simply won't do 90 min. outside of the studio) -- allows me to fit in my own daily must-dos.

I like your approach very much. There's a synchrony with the teachers I've chosen to take class with here in NYC.

I don't love the music though. In general, if I want music I'd rather play my own -- my tastes in yoga music are a little unorthodox. Are we ever going to see a a "music off" option?

This is a great morning practice. I feel invigorated and grounded.

What a wonderful 30 minutes. This week I just didn't have time for more and was so grateful for this and other short practices. I really enjoy that this is short and anything but rushed.

Thank you for your sweet words. I promise you, it's not that I'm able to 100f the time- respond from my highest self- but that it's in my awareness as a practice feels at least like a step in the right direction.
