    • Tara Judelle     May 31st, 2012
Devarati- what a magnificent thing to say. I just told a fellow teacher that all I need from the teacher is the quality and tone of the voice, because it lets me know from where they are teaching within themselves. SO thank you for that. You just made my day. Blessings!
  • Rachel Ridley     May 20th, 2012
A blissful start to a new week. Thank you Tara.

  • Tara Judelle     Apr 2nd, 2012
Leah- great question. I suppose you could do either. Danurasana is a pose indicated for digestion, and for me- I feel the pose differently and also more dynamically when I move towards the navel. But play with it, see which you prefer.
  • Leah      Apr 2nd, 2012
Beautiful class Tara. Thank you. One question. In Bow pose, Dhanurasana, why does one want to "move more towards the navel (more forward) "rather than the pubus" ---Thank you.
  • Tara Judelle     Mar 31st, 2012
Sarah, Stephanie, and Daisy so glad this is working. Mark Whitwell says we only need 7 minutes of yoga a day to change our life. You got four times that !!! Well done!

  • Mike Philp     Feb 6th, 2012
A great way to start the day! Thank you Tara!
  • Thea Mistry     Feb 4th, 2012
(By the way, I have a bit of a mental hurdle about full wheel, but we'd done so much opening / strengthening leading up to it, that I was surprised at how comfortable I felt in the pose.)
  • Thea Mistry     Feb 4th, 2012
This was a lovely, energising, grounding practice. I feel open and centred (& so grateful to feel this way when I started out the day exhausted.) Thank you!! (It's amazing how complete it felt when it was only 30 minutes!)
  • Tara Judelle     Feb 1st, 2012
Judith- thank you, I usually do recommend bridge instead of full wheel, I am sorry that was left out here, thank you fir the feedback j about the music, we'll work on it
  • Tara Judelle     Feb 1st, 2012
Judith- thank you, I usually do recommend bridge instead of full wheel, I am sorry that was left out here, thank you fir the feedback j about the music, we'll work on it
  • judith mintz     Feb 1st, 2012
Lovely morning practice. Thank you for helping me feel wonderful. From a teaching perspective, it would be useful to suggest to people to do bridge pose instead of full wheel. Today, that's what I needed and I inserted it instead. I agree with Sharon Frost about the music. I actually enjoy what was being played today, but because the sound is in your studio rather than on another track, it sounds tinny.
  • Jeanette Darbyshire     Feb 1st, 2012
    Fabulous. Thanks Tara.
  • Sharon Frost     Jan 31st, 2012
This is a terrific morning routine. I love short practices (and simply won't do 90 min. outside of the studio) -- allows me to fit in my own daily must-dos.

I like your approach very much. There's a synchrony with the teachers I've chosen to take class with here in NYC.

I don't love the music though. In general, if I want music I'd rather play my own -- my tastes in yoga music are a little unorthodox. Are we ever going to see a a "music off" option?
  • Lori Mollett     Jan 31st, 2012
This is a great morning practice. I feel invigorated and grounded.
  • Sarah Brady     Jan 29th, 2012

What a wonderful 30 minutes. This week I just didn't have time for more and was so grateful for this and other short practices. I really enjoy that this is short and anything but rushed.

  • Lisa Hagen     Jan 28th, 2012
Great short sequence! I'll practice again tomorrow AM. Thanks Tara.
  • Sally Buckingham     Jan 28th, 2012
I did this practice at noon, but it felt like a morning do-over. I can't wait to wake up early tomorrow, so I can actually start the day the right way. Bless you, Tara - amazing light your share with us.
  • Tara Judelle     Jan 28th, 2012
    Lauren,
Thank you for your sweet words. I promise you, it's not that I'm able to 100f the time- respond from my highest self- but that it's in my awareness as a practice feels at least like a step in the right direction.
    XO
  • Lauren B     Jan 28th, 2012
Tara, thank you so much for this practice. It is perfect for what I am dealing with right now...what you said at the end about "responding with your highest self" was spot on. I will remember that as I proceed with my day. Your lovely demeanor allowed me to really rebalance myself & draw inward as I practiced. Thank you! ... namaste ...
  • Sally Rud     Jan 27th, 2012
    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! THANK YOU!
