      Joe, I hear that. If you try the yoga for cyclists, and pre an post running, I think those will also help with Golf as the muscle groups needing to be unwound are not disimilar. Also the yoga for surfers, and the shoulder openers. All 15-20 minute segments I recommend also for golfers.

    I'm not a golfer, but this was perfect after my kettlebell training. :) Such a nice sequence, with great instruction, as always! All the twists felt especially good. Thank you, Tara!
