    Hi Tara,

Just jumped on this am and saw this new class...did it just to wake up before walking my dog...loved it for a quick body opening! Cannot wait until you do one for hikers and bikers because with my yoga I will being these activities this summer:) And teaching college students that find these activities as well:)
Thanks again for all your teachings!
    Much Love,
    Laurie

Laurie, there are classes for runners and bikers that should be great for hiking as well. Try looking through all the sports classes topics- as many of the muscle groups overlap in varying sports, and opening up for one may have a surprising impact on another.

love your work! Thank you so much for your exacting language and your wisdom...

I'm a pediatric OT as well as a yoga teacher/student so your love reaches many. Again thank you for sharing your dedication spirit and purpose... jaque

Jaque, thank you for your dialogue. I am always interested in seeking the commonalities between disciplines, seeing habits and pattern in movement and creating solutions through observation. Any questions or insights you have are welcome conversation. T

Thanks Tara. I'm totally not about to play tennis but needed a quick little something. This did the trick!

Jeanette, so glad you jumped in anyway. There are so many overlaps for sports and really just life. Any good shoulder alignment should be true of tennis, yoga, or just waking up your body. Thank you for doing anyway!
