Deeply relaxed and opened - thank you! I did this class after a yoga class on opening the chest and shoulders to allow for more freedom in breathing and more spaciousness around the heart. It was wonderful to come to your class immediately after stretching this area and then to relax and unwind into your breath practice. One thing I am aware of is that at times after doing some type of breath work, I initially feel wonderful and then I can tangibly feel this holding pattern operate and actually hold my breath. It keeps me from breathing and that is occurring now.I am just quietly being with it. Something seems old and deep about it and I feel sad. I so much want to remain in this expansive and open place.

Jason, you honor the natural rythm of the breath. Not easy to let go of everthing and just be with the the breath and allow it to be like a river, ones I could do it It felt so soothing. Love your teachings, I always receive something new.

Thanks for this class Jason (& Lisa)! I was feeling stressed and it helped me deeply relaxed. This was indeed an advanced practice (I had a hard time locating my breath within the quadrants); maybe it shouldn't have been categorized as level 1...

This is the most clear, precise, smooth, subtle breath management class I have. Sometimes (most of the time ) the pranayama classes can be so boring and confused. Thank you for making it so wonderful. Looking forward to more ! Wishing you a greater 2012 !
