    Hi Tiffany, I am new to yogaglo and love your classes. I am 51, probably a mid-level 2. I have done the same power yoga dvd for a long time; looking to challenge myself with new classes and poses. I'm sort of "fishing" around on the site but especially love your classes. Is there any order to take the classes you recommend? One specific question: confused about whether to lock my knees when in standing poses? I am strong enough not to do a full bend when you offer it, but are knees meant to be locked or always slightly bent? Thanks.

      Thanks Laurie, glad you're enjoying my classes. Sorry for the delay, I've been leading my annual 200hr teacher training. As far as order goes I would just recommend searching for all my level 2 classes and then seeing what you're in the mood for or what your body needs if there's a specific area needing attention. For the knees you generally want to keep a very slight micro bend in the knees to avoid locking the knees and laying in the joints. I hope that helps! Welcome to YogaGlo! ;)
