Another wonderful class! Thank you for making my home practice something to look forward to, however quick it may be. I hope to practice with you in person sometime in the near future. :)

Thank you Kim! I'm so glad that I get to spend time with you in your home practice. I am beginning to think more and more that at a cellular level, I feel the students in the home practice. Cellularly we are connecting. It's an amazing thing. So grateful. XO T

Tara! I love this practice, I had a crazy day doing this and that for work (NGO in Nicaragua)...this was an amazing energy and spirit booster! Thanks!... I'll be visiting California in octoboer, is it possible to attend a class?
    • Tara Judelle     Dec 19th, 2012
      Noelani,
Apologies for the delayed response. I was not in California in October, and really impressed by the NGO work. Great service. Please let me know where you are and perhaps we can find a place to practice together in person. My schedule is at www.tarajudelle.com

I have the bakasana/galavasana headstand transitions down, its specifically the sirsasana 1 to 2 to 3 etc. that I'm nervous about. As long as there's no weight on my neck I can move around well while inverted. It really is the headstand to headstand transitions that hang me up.
  • Tara Judelle     Apr 15th, 2012
Simone- noted, re: tutorial. If you feel comfortable in headstand, try first transitioning from Headstand into various poses. Bakasana, Parsva bakasana, ekapada galavasana. Then try slow, maybe with a blanket to slowly lower your head, using the control of your core.
  • simone weit     Apr 15th, 2012
Perfect! Thank you for understanding that "faster" does not always mean more advanced. I loved moving slowly into these deep poses since I am working with an SI injury. Reminded me of my personal practice. I would love a tutorial on those transitions from headstand variations. I still cant seem to weave all three together, it scares me to switch it up while inverted!

Thank you Jillana, It is helpful to me as well, to verbalize the my process, to open up the inner landscape of each pose.
  • Jillana Enteen     Nov 12th, 2011
Thanks so much for a thorough and efficient home practice. Your cues in each pose to bring awareness to how it could be efficiently used for sequencing to the next poses was great!

Vicki- I'm still obsessed with the Jellyfish, even more so after going to Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen- who talked about the hands and feet as peripheral pumps. !!!!! like jellyfish. Introduced the Jellyfish to Brisbane yesterday!
