This strong and focused practice will challenge and grow your power, so that you are better able to be in service to others. Sun Salutations, timed handstand and forearm balance, and standing poses prepare you for a progression deep into backbends.

Dear Noah, I take your classes all the time but I've just realized that you are a simple yogi like me and not some powerful yoga robot. In other words, your skills and abilities amaze me to the extent that I think of you as a super yogi. But during today's class I heard you sigh in a way that made me recognize that yoga affects you as it does all of us. Thank you for being both a super yogi and a simple yogi - your physical practice is inspiring but so is your heart.

More 60 min 2/3 practices please! I'm a mama and 60min is usually all I've got. :) Thank you!

Noah, I did your backbend sequence and then went out and practiced dropbacks and standups in the grass. I've been practicing them on a slight incline in my back yard since spring. Today was the first day I had courage and strength to move to a flat spot on the grass. Today I celebrate! I know it may not be a big deal to others, but it feels huge to me today. Love your teaching. Namaste'

WOW, this is a powerful practice as usual. I have an unusual amount of angry these days so it's nice to channel into power and strength. I will use it to serve my community, thanks!

What a great gift on this new moon! I felt like I was blessed with doing your practice with you. I could download all the knowledge you were giving just by listening to your breath. I felt like you could have said no words and I could feel your heart's intention. Sigh thank you!

Thanks Noah, it’s nice to hold poses longer than you are used too. The effect can be so much different. I have a huge smile on my face.
