Description
This practice is meant for those with chronic but still functional lower back pain to help improve and prevent future issues. It is a simple vinyasa flow that targets key areas to help balance the musculature of the lower back.

Just wanted to let you know what a back-saver this class is, especially after a kettlebell workout or just whenever my back feels ‘out’. It’s one of my favorite classes by you and I find myself returning to it time and again. Thanks for making such a therapeutic class available… Looking forward to do your latest hamstring class and hope that you’ll do one for psoas release.
