Description
This flow is all about creating pliability in the hips & thighs to make your muscles more resilient so they can bounce back more easily. This is meant to be used as a cross training class for athletes to help improve strength, flexibility, recovery, stability and a strong mental focus.
The yoga session content seems good but it is tough to tell because the live stream video times out constantly (using standard definition video) despite having a hight speed connection. The IT professional running this website needs to reduce the file sizes so that the sessions can flow without timing out. My experience was really dissapointing.
During horse pose - - is it okay that your knees are medial to your toes?
