This flow is all about creating pliability in the hips & thighs to make your muscles more resilient so they can bounce back more easily. This is meant to be used as a cross training class for athletes to help improve strength, flexibility, recovery, stability and a strong mental focus.

    Hey I'm having the same trouble. Sometimes I can get only the voice and no image to come in and right now it keeps timing out. I wasn't having this much trouble a month ago. I love yoga glo but I can't keep paying if it doesn't come in! Please help! If I go to data I can sometimes get it to come in but I'm using up my data

    I have a lightning fast internet connection...
    The yoga session content seems good but it is tough to tell because the live stream video times out constantly (using standard definition video) despite having a hight speed connection. The IT professional running this website needs to reduce the file sizes so that the sessions can flow without timing out. My experience was really dissapointing.

    Thanks Amy. In horse pay attention to the angle of the thighs & ankles. Ideally you want the angle of the thigh bone to be in the same line as the foot so that the knee turns out over the ankle. This will take the torque out of the knee so that it's not putting any unneccessary pressure on it. In order to do that lift the inner arches of your feet and hug the inner thighs to the bone to rotate the hips open or turn the feet in slightly to accomodate. Enjoy! ;)
