This flow is all about creating pliability in the hips & thighs to make your muscles more resilient so they can bounce back more easily. This is meant to be used as a cross training class for athletes to help improve strength, flexibility, recovery, stability and a strong mental focus.

    Thanks Amy. In horse pay attention to the angle of the thighs & ankles. Ideally you want the angle of the thigh bone to be in the same line as the foot so that the knee turns out over the ankle. This will take the torque out of the knee so that it's not putting any unneccessary pressure on it. In order to do that lift the inner arches of your feet and hug the inner thighs to the bone to rotate the hips open or turn the feet in slightly to accomodate. Enjoy! ;)
