Description
In this non-stop practice, we try to incorporate some of my favorite arm balances into one flow. Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II, Dwi Pada Koundinyasana, Eka Pada Bakasana II (one-footed crow II) and Bakasana (crow/crane pose) make up our arm balances. Lots of core accompanied by a few handstands, as well as some strong flow make this flow a sweaty one! Get your arm balance on my fellow yogis!

- Dice Iida-Klein Mar 19th, 2012@Lesley - Y Pays' comment is hilarious. Thank you for always practicing with me. I'm so happy that you're feeling empowered by your handstands. That's what it's all about. More to come!
- Lesley Peplinskie Feb 20th, 2012I laughed out loud when I read Y Pas' review....but I must say I'm grateful for you too Dice!! Thank you for the always challenging practices. Since practicing mainly with yourself and Katherine since joining last fall, I can now hold handstand (with hang time) in the center of the room. Yea!! It's so empowering, and I have you to thank for your amazing instruction and cues. Love your style. Keep it coming!
- Dice Iida-Klein Oct 5th, 2011@Cristina - Thank you! It's difficult, and of course it doesn't matter if it happens or not, but it is fun to try :)
- cristina de marchis Sep 8th, 2011Hi! thanks for this class.I do separately Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1&2,dwi pada koundinyasana, but I've never switch from one pose to the other....sooooo difficult but fabulous. I love your sequences. Cristina

- Dice Iida-Klein Sep 7th, 2011@Lisa M. - Nice! So awesome to hear the "handys" are sticking :) Go mom! And seriously, can't dip into the neck. Those shoulders need to stay strong and the balance will become easier!
- Dice Iida-Klein Sep 7th, 2011@Lisa - Thank you. It's always fun to combine the arm balances and keep balancing on your hands. Gotta love it!
- Dice Iida-Klein Sep 7th, 2011@Patti - Love it! You're quite welcome. Towelasanas are definitely needed in this practice :)
- Dice Iida-Klein Sep 7th, 2011@Miriam - You're welcome! Greetings to you from sunny California my fellow yogi :) I hope to visit Switzerland in the near future!
- Y Pays Sep 6th, 2011I am so grateful to you. I am glad your parents met, dated and baked you until you were done. I am glad you were born. Most of all, I am glad you are on yogaglo because there is no one in Dallas Texas with your swag and sequencing. I reckon that no one in the world could teach me to take handstand, chop it on a mirror and snort it first thing before I go out into the crazy 108 degree weather. Thank you, Dice! AND THANK YOU DICE'S MOM AND DAD!
- Sylvia Garcia Sep 5th, 2011Thanks soooo much Dice! Delicious! Love your sequencing. Feeling strong and centered. Much love.
- Sara Finley Sep 5th, 2011So much fun! I fell on my bottom several times, but each time with a huge smile. Thanks!
- Michelle Bentley Sep 5th, 2011Thank you!!!
- Lisa Martinez Sep 3rd, 2011Held the handstand for a full two seconds...which is a major thing for this mom! Favorite quote, "You don't get to dump into your neck just because you're taking it easy!"
- Lisa Hagen Sep 2nd, 2011Love ur classes....especially linking arm balances. Dwi Pada to koundinyasana was challenging! Tnx
- Patti MacPherson Sep 2nd, 2011that was indeed a strong , sweaty flow! Thank you! I had to add in a few "towelasanas" to keep from slipping off my arms in the arm balances :)
