Hello Lindsay! Thank you for your sweet note. I am glad that you enjoyed the class. I agree that it may be a little slower for more experienced yogis. Which is one of the great things about YogaGlo is that you have so many wonderful teachers and styles to choose from! Hope you have a beautiful day! Steven.

Erica! OMG. Of course I remember you! Thanks so much for your sweet message. Yes, it was also sad for me too. The hardest part was not being able to say goodbye to wonderful people like you. But it makes me very happy that you found YogaGlo and are enjoying the work we are all doing. Please come in and take class sometime at the studio. It would be so great to see you! Lotsa Love, Steven

Hello Nicole. Thanks for you sweet comments. When I first began teaching I used music quite frequently. But now after 11 years I try to keep the focus on clear verbal instruction especially when it is online. But I would be happy to accommodate your request and add music occasionally. Thanks for the suggestion! Namaste, Steven.

Hi Ann. Last night we filmed a new class. In it I did a demo and break down of Pigeon pose. Look for the class titled "Yoga Is For Everybody." It should be posted fairly soon. Let me know if that helps! Best, Steven.

Steven - I really appreciate your energy as you lead your classes. I do wish that you would add one thing though - music. It really helps me to focus on my poses better.

Hi Ann. No worries. I'm sure many people have questions about pigeon. It can be a tricky pose. So the next class I film I will do a demonstration and break it down. Then I will email you to let you know the "theme title" so you can find it online. How does that sound? Hope that helps! Steven.

Hi Steven, I apologize I did not make myself clear. I have a question about pigeon. Is there a segment that you have described this pose? I want to make sure i am doing it correctly. thank you for your patience.

Hi Ann! Thank you for your sweet comment. It really means a lot to me. So happy that you feel better in Pigeon. Anytime you have a question about a pose please feel free to email me and I will do my best to answer it or even address it in a future segment. Have a lovely day! Steven.

You are a great teacher. Thank you for all you do. I am struggling with feeling comfortable with pigeon pose. I couldn't find a practice segment that explains it. Did I just not look in the right place?

Hello Najet. So glad the practice had meaning for you. It's funny how the yoga gives us exactly what we need when we need it! Have a great day! Steven.
