    this class was cleansing not just for detoxing my body but also for detoxing my mind...i found myself feeling very emotional afterwards, and just let the feelings move through me. thanks again for a wonderful class, noah.

    Hi Noah - Just enjoyed this class yesterday - thank you! Question: in the twists on the block at the wall, I sometimes felt a pinching in my hip socket of the top leg. I'm an Inspired teacher and tried using the UPAs to adjust and figure out what was the issue. As I adjusted, then I sometimes got a pull at my quad attachment (inner knee). I've twisted plenty of times before and this was new, for a deep twist to pinch my hip and bother my knee. I know you'd have to see me to "diagnose" but perhaps you have an idea of a common misalignment I should adjust first? Thanks!
