    extremely powerful! by the end of the meditation i forgot well let go of whatever it was that i was hurt by... literally i thought as it was coming to a close what was i letting go?? thank you so very much for this amazing meditation!

    Your meditations are working wonders for ensuring my children 8 and 10 have a full nights sleep, my son used to wake at 5.30am, now I have to wake him for school. We just do 10-20mins each night. I would recommend playing your short meditations to any other parents who have restless sleepers. Thankyou!!
