Thank you for the helpful context of how shame originates. The meditation really transformed a recent experience where I felt shamed. What a gift.

I am good, I am beautiful but a horrible parent. No, just kidding however I had a hard time not obessesing over this during the meditation. I would like to stop creating the framework for receptacles of shame for my kids. Any further direction on this? Thanks, Michelle
