    Amazing Harshada.....i did your practice after several shoulder openers.
    i could feel strong pulsations around the heart and wavelike motion through the centre line. Arms are alive........ready to wrap them around my kids. Thank you.

    ? why the music. In a vata deranged society, that is constantly overstimulated, we/well I need to withdraw the senses, pratyahara. To concentrate, dharana. To meditate, dhyana. To become one with the object of meditation, samadhi.
