    Great class Felicia! I initially went looking for my usual Level 2 Saturday morning practice, but my back was feeling really cranky after a really long week. Decided to let go of the stronger practice and look up a class for the back- this class definitely helped - my lower back feels long and the creaky feeling is gone..thank you for a great class, and for reminding me to slow down & take care of myself! I love the lessons we learn from our practice- the challenge is to tune in and listen.... :) Namaste~

    Thank you thank you thank you!!! This is my go-to back care class. I've done it a few times already and it helps every time. I can't thank you enough. The SI joint stability exercises are so incredibly grounding and helpful for me.

    Earlier this week, I tweaked my back lifting a piece of furniture -- first physical injury of my life serious enough to put me out of commissions. I couldn't even walk my dog! After a few days' rest, I was ready to try some yoga, and this was exactly what I needed. Thanks so much, Felicia.
