    Yes yes yes. Wonderful for regaining consciousness & restarting the day after a long & hectic morning. Not gonna call this a nooner, but it was fun!
    Tara, I'm still doing those 11 "Rock Your Boats", too(not sure of the real name, or the optimal number, but they must be mythic, like Hanumanasa.
