    This was an amazing class! Today I am not practicing but observing as a teacher to learn as I work toward Inspired status. Love the combo of hanumanasana with inversions and leaping towards a devotion-filled life. Thank you Sianna!

    This class has deepened my understanding of Hanuman a bit more. It just "clicked" with me that the mango represents the Light and if we are too quick, over zealous like the young Hanuman with our small, underdeveloped will, we will get struck down, as the Light is too powerful. Instead, we surrender our small will to the bigger Will, devote our hearts to this Light, take the time to align ourselves with it, so that the bridge (Hanuman) connects heart to Light and Light pours into our hearts...thank you Sianna.
