A wonderful class, I love the pose to remind us that life is a dance, it is great to feel so light-hearted during yoga practice, and to have such continual focus on the heart at the centre :)

Just before Vasisthasana I felt a sweet softening in the back of my heart in Cobra. I hear that instruction so many times, from different teachers, but this time, it nearly brought me to tears. Thank you Sianna for your sweet approach to a dramatic opening and realization that we are never alone. Namaste.

I am back in love with Ansuara and the connection of full bodied brightness in my physical and etheric Heart! This practice removed the sorrow and replaced it with not only a remembrance of why I do my practice but a tenderness and compassion for my self/SELF and all beings. This class contains every element of a Superb Anusara class. Thank you Sianna, from the bottom of my heart, bursting with joy and gratitude.
