    Glorious yin class to counter my usual vinyasa, and what a great way to prepare for a great nights sleep. I loved your instruction, and the sleeping pigeon twist was perfect.     Wow! Its interesting how Linda's comment landed on me. My first response was to be curious and ask: Was she being playful or making a joke? My second response felt sarcastic: How can she do the practice and watch the video that closely? Cuz when I did this class I didn't notice Felicia's habit!
