    Often times we spend so much mental energy thinking about the future that we forget to live in the present and before we know it, days, weeks and even months seem to just get away from us. So this weekend we challenge you to be in the moment – in life and during your practice. Rather than thinking about how long a pose will last or what fires you need to put out – savor each moment because they are so precious and you will never get them back.
