Have you ever thought that you would be in class one day and be able to just magically rise up into a handstand for the first time? Of course it is possible, but realistically, if you don’t put in the time, effort and work that is conducive to achieving such a big goal, then reaching that goal is unlikely. So this weekend we challenge you to create a goal for your yoga practice – break down your goal into steps (the goal will seem achievable and less daunting), write it down, create a goal date (which will keep you accountable) and make your dream a reality!
