Sometimes I think I’m not making enough use of this subscription. I think today I will cancel….then I do a class and realise just why yogaglo is such a great resource for me and worth every penny. I love that all you great teachers are right there in my I pad whenever I want you. ; )
I know this may sound strange but I have long arms, long legs and a shorter mid section and often find I cannot get into the correct alignment for postures such as Dandasana as I cannot straighten my arms by my side without lifting my body off the ground, Bhujangasana as I tend to lift my body too high off the ground when I straighten my arms and the same for Urdhava Mukha Svanasana. I feel I can’t get the full benefit of the posture because of this – any suggestions?
Hi there, I have a condition called Fibromyalgia and am wondering which is the best type of Yoga for me? I do get anxious as well which is part of the Fibro thing too. Anything too strenuous would hurt my thighs but I still need to strengthen them and indeed my whole body. Any advise?
So I am working on my forearm stance. My biggest fear is falling, because I do not have an exit strategy. What do you think is the best way to fall out of it?
