  • Shift Your Perspective with Kathryn Budig – 30:30 Day 1

Kathryn Budig Shift Perspective Yoga Class VideoEarlier today, we officially kicked-off our impromptu 30:30 yoga challenge. Many of you have already made time to practice yoga today and some of us (ahem, us in particular!) have yet to practice today.

As promised, we plan to feature a class of the day for each of the thirty days just in case you need an extra dose of inspiration to fit it in. Since each of your practices are unique (style, duration and level will vary for each of you) we’ll be sure to highlight many different styles, levels and durations throughout the month.

First up? Kathryn Budig’s Level 2 Vinyasa Flow class on shifting your perspective. We can’t think of a better way to kick-off this month-long intention than with a class that focuses and changing our view of things.

Let us know how you’re doing on Day One of 30:30. We’d love to hear from you in the comments if we haven’t already today.

this is the class I did on day one. as always LOVED it. Not only is she a challenging teacher, but her wisdom is always spot on and she knows just when to tell you to “lighten up” LOVE this website!!!

    • Tiffany – You’re right! Kathryn has a great way of making us all realize that we can mellow out a bit, laugh, and not take it all so seriously…all while practicing “serious” yoga. :)

This was an excellent class. I’ve taken several of Kathryn’s classes, she knows exactly what to say through the practice. Thanks YOGAGLO, love being able to take classes whenever I want without breaking the bank or getting stressed in traffic.

    • Natalie – Thank YOU for Glo-ing with us! So glad we can be a resource for not breaking the bank or getting stressed in traffic! :)

    • Trying to watch/practiced the 30/30; however, they won’t play for me — any tips? They just go to a smaller page and nothing works for me. Thanks
