In these crazy times, what IS your deepest dream and desire?

To live from our greatest depth is both Great freedom and Great relational responsibility. To live our lives as the full gesture of whole-body-awake-love is the most relieving gesture possible and often the most elusive and, exactly what great hatha yoga was designed to serve.

This Coed yoga intensive will focus bodily strength and heart awareness on the most urgently apparent psycho-physical obstructions limiting our most effective and ecstatic expression of love.  Deeply steadying yoga asana series will be interlaced with dynamic breath-work and inter-relational practices making use of the temporary yet trustable community we will create through our practice together.

Come and refresh yourself in the new-ness and the ancient-ness of the subtle cycle of tapas, bhakti and soma: Heat, Love and Grace!

    Sofia
