With Music and Meditation Yin Yoga is a slow, luxurious, languid practice that is essential cross-training both for any other type of Yoga practice as well as the demands on our bodies of everyday life. Yin Yoga stretches our tight spots and helps us to find more mobility throughout our joints. This practice helps to remove stress and tension from the body and facilitates a unique mental, emotional and spiritual state of well-being. This class will feature live music and hands-on adjustments to allow for deeper states of relaxation.
