We will include some of our intermediate/advanced sequences including assisted handstand vinyasas, deep backbends and forward folds.

Please have someone in mind to partner with. If you don’t have a partner, let Andrea and I know ahead of time and we can try to set you up with someone.

At the Sunday Practice at Still Yoga earlier in the day, there will be a “rehearsal” too if you are available.
